Outdoor entertaining area.
With the addition of these raised planter boxes and a twenty-five-square-metre kwila deck, this plain backyard was transformed into a place for comfort and relaxation
A simple thirty-square-metre sleepout built for teenagers. The simple mono-pitched roof and weatherboard cladding finishes it off nicely
Office partition opening
We were called in to remove a section of wall separating two office spaces, reinstate some framing, and install new gib before plastering and painting it.
Batu timber deck.
A massive batu timber deck wrapping around the back and side of the house, including around a fish pond. This yellow/brown timber will darken with age and look good for years to come
Deck and planter box
A peaceful kwila deck for the owners to retreat to after a hard day of work. The incorporation of the planter box allows for the growing of vegetables and herbs, adding an alluring element to the scene.
Worcester St townhouses.
Two open-plan, two-bedroom townhouses with a touch of class. These steel-frame units have a luxurious feel on the inside, with 3D-textured wallpaper as a feature.
Wales St bathroom remodel
We completed this refreshing new bathroom design with the pre-existing layout. Our team worked overtime to ensure the project was complete to the deadline.
Dunsandel bathroom renovation
We renewed this dated 70s bathroom with a luxury design, giving it a touch of beauty to match the classic rustic home. The timber-like tiles match nicely with the timber veneer vanity, and the black fixtures contrast nicely with the white tiles
Fairford St kitchen
An outdated kitchen with minimum cupboard space was replaced with a fresh-looking Kaboodle kitchen from Bunnings. We were able to provide extra space and brighten up the whole room.
Innes Rd window removal
We removed a four-metre-long window from the upstairs room of this house and tided up the exterior
Davidson Cre bathroom renovation.
This was a refreshing renovation of an outdated bathroom. The old pink bath and vanity were replaced and modernised with crisp white models
Hilltop conservatory
Hill jobs can always be a challenge, and that was the case here, as we needed to bore holes down two-and-a-half metres through to solid clay before setting piles for the subfloor
Hilltop double garage.
After removing the old single garage, this new double garage was dug into the hill against the house. With the completion of the splatter plaster coat, the garage then matched the house so perfectly that it looked as if it had always been there
Pergola in the hills.
Wrapping a pergola around an existing deck is a good way to provide shelter from the heat or rain. This extends your indoor-outdoor flow for all weather conditions.
Pine deck
A simple pine deck to add value at a minimal cost. A little stain can add amazing detail.
Kennedy's bush extension
A refurbished extension. We increased the size by three square metres and then lightened the room up by installing French doors and a large window.
Aymes Rd en-suite upgrade.
A nice upgrade to an old en suite. We replaced the floor with new H3 flooring and removed part of the wardrobe to make the room bigger. We then installed a cavity slider to save space.
Kennedy's Bush Rd Bathroom.
We stripped out the dated Seratone linings and cast-iron bath before adding new Aqualine gib to the walls and ceiling. Along with the white tiles for contrast, this resulted in a stylish yet functional design.
Pakura St Kwila Deck.
A lovely 30SQM kwila deck with split levels for different entertaining. The upper level used for a BBQ and table while the lower area with the fire box is a more relaxing area to sit in front of the fire and have a cold beverage..
